you can still get tickets or go to jail without the officer whitnessesing the violations, hence cameras, or witnesses that are willing to go to court to testify.

So if you place your number on your jacket the officer or someone else can easily track you down, deny it all you want but have fun telling your side to a judge who has no time to listen to BS.
