i don't know of anyone who really stunts their 636 that is on their original frame..they are garbage.
fork legs breaking off....rearsets crack if you look at them wrong...umm no thanks

Hey mang That sukz but to tell u the truth that's not the 1st time i see this happen. never went for a 636 for that exact problem because I remember I had a sweeter deal on a 2003 636 and decided to pony up the extra $$$ and got the 2003 F4i :YEAH If I were u I would switch to Honda but if u like the 636 then fix it and don't stall next time j/k !!!
I heard from some 636 owners that it's that particular year model 03-04
that's known to have a weak azz frame and sub but then again why risk buying a different year, I say part out
part by part see if Kawasucki owners want some of those

Just have the cracks welded and then have someone weld 1/4 inch plates over the areas that cracked in the first place for reinforcment.

strange the 636 broke a frame! i known back with the 95/96 ZX6 they recalled all of them for new frames, u'd think MR kawasaki would'nt make the same mistake twice!
