offense question
not sure but what kind of trouble can i get into by practicing in a church parking lot up the street from my house, on my honda 100xr no street set up ,by the po po that is?

not sure. I assume you could get charged with no reg iff you need to register off road vehcles in your state. I guess you could get wrecksess if they wanted to really mess with you. Do you have permision? is the entry blocked? if its private, you have permision, entry is blocked, no noise complaints, etc you could be legit. good luck

the popo can do anything they want. That's the golden rule. Even if you have written permission, they can throw a noise ordinance violation...disorderly conduct...etc. Nowhere is safe!

Reality is :
1. Trespass Warning (Just asked to leave and don't come back)
2. Arrested for Trespassing if signs are posted or previously warned.
3. If you hit anything and Damage (Vandalism/Criminal)
Mischief)
4. If you do a Satinistic burnout it would be a Felony Hate Crime for vandalism for defacing a place of worship!!!
But true~!!!

In reference to the Above comment: To avoid the DUMB @$$ Stuff like DC, OR Noise, Just be respectful, Dont say $h!t...Except yes sir or no sir and you will avoid the POP = **** off Police arrests)
