just learning clutch or throtle
Im pretty new to the whole stunt scene Love to watch it but never really tried it. Anyway I ride an 04 gsxr 600 stock gears only mods are exhaust k&n filter and power commander. I plan on buying a stunt bike over the winter prob f4i. Im learning whellies. My friend has been giving me pointers Im riding them pretty good bringing it up in first with the throtle (no clutch dump) and ride about 200 feet or so and I can get them up ok in 2nd with a clutch dump. but a few people have said that all throtle whellies can come back on you too fast and I should do clutch all the time. This makes no sence to me. Is there any truth to this?
Also Ive pretty much wasted my rear tire any sugestions on a tire that will grip and still have a little life to it?

clutch man clutch - when you clutch it up its much more predicable, It might be easier to power it up, but when you hit balance point and your throttle is still open you will loop before you can say "****" .....

Everyone will tell you the same thing: Clutch Wheelies are the way to go!

by far clutch is the way to go, with that power wheelie **** by the time you get to balance point or close to it you are chasing the rpm's so high youll never get a decent perspective, just clutch clutch clutch it bro, second gear at about 45 with stock gearing and let the b/p rock

Thanx guys for the advise. that dose make sence about the balance point. that could be why I havent been able to ride it at the balance point and Ive had to tap the rear break to keep it from coming back a few times. Thanx again
