nm. found it....
An exhibition of speed is a willful act of showing off or displaying a dangerous and imprudent speed where the presence of another person is known to the driver or may reasonably be anticipated by him
anyone know how much this ticket is?

I got a reckless driving ticket for doing a wheelie and the fine was 300 and some change (it was awhile ago). In Wisconsin they let you know your fine on the spot, its written on the ticket. I got it reduced to driving with an obstructed view in court and it was around a buck fifty. My second one should of been 300 + as well but I convinced the DA that it was just a popcorn wheelie caused by a bad clutching hand and he told me to go home so I didn't have to pay chit.

This crap pisses me off! It is all a money making scheme for the state. They could care less about your safety and the safety of others. Why don't they worry about the real problems in this country like uninsured motorists and drunk drivers? I just had to vent!
