Re: Tank spreaders?
yeah definately just dent the one on it now ,throw on some grip tape, when I started doin spreaders like 5 yrs ago we didnt have any cages, bars ,handbrakes, big sprockets ,or dented tanks ,I used to just hop up there and clutch it up, same thing now but by adding the basics you gain more confidence and step it up.. good luck

Well, the same friend and I started trying them again yesterday. We both improved a lot. Rideing slow in first, then clutching them, is working great! If mine look anything like my buddies then I'm doing good. I had one close call where I pulled it up and it tried to fall to my left but I set it down ok. I just got a the charger for my camera so I'm gunna make a short video within the next couple weeks, hopfully no bad wrecks in the meantime.

I actually just went out and sat on the bike in the highchair. I think I really need to dent my tank in for that one. I also don't really like putting all that weight on my wind sheild.
All there is to it, is just sit on the tank with your legs over the front right? Any tips for that one? I'm probably not going to do it, but I'd like to know how just in case.

I guess even if I'm on the tank in first, the engine brake probably won't help if I'm too far back will it?
