Talk about different strokes for different folks..
Ive been trying to get stand ups for a while now, and I really **** hard at them. Everyone said stand ups were the way to go.
Past week, Ive been tryin sit downs, and I kill them compared to stand ups, I can actually get em up at a decent height and ride them out for a good distance(for a beginner)
Wish I knew this **** from the start, seems like its gonna be a hell of a lot easier to get ahold of bp, brake/throttle now. I can notice the difference now on the throttle, with just twisting it very lightly, I can bring it back smoothly or lower it, its working wonders. So Im actually starting to see a difference, big farkin confidence boost now:YEAH

when you get to bp height alot of people find staggerd standups more comfortable because it doenst feel like your goin to fall backward and you can see where your going. Just stay loose and it will come to you. dont rush take your time and practice alot. Once you get rear brake **** starts coming fast. Getting over the rear brake hump is the first big obstacle for someone learning.

did you learn rear brake on the DRZ? or where you using it at all?
if you weren't using the brake on the DRZ, i'd go back to it and atleast get the brake reflex down.

And when I rode the DRZ it messed me up to bad, I would go back to my f4i and practice clutchin stand ups from a stop, and the whole DRZ vs. f4i throttle response difference gets me. I just wanna stick to the f4i and learn it all.
