In PA after the MSF course you have your license at the last day of school... also you dont have to hold the permit for any length of time... it use to be you could get one by mail...but they changed that to you have to take a writen test for your permit... thank god for MSF!

My first bike i paid over $2,000 a year. I was getting screwed. It all depends what your driving record looks like and now days they look at you financial score. It all depends, you could end up paying alittle or paying alot.... I say screw insurance if its mainly gonna be a parking lot stunt bike.

try and find a bike with a salvaged title they are hella cheap and usually are only fairing dmg plus if your just getting on a bike and going to stunt be prepared to drop your bike alot so why buy a nice one

but doesn't salvage title mean that it can't be run on the road without repair.

You can run a salvage title bike on the street but you need to get it checked out by the state, this will vary from state to state.
