No cut Frame sliders.

Anybody know where I can get, if they exist, Frame sliders for an 03 R6 that require no fairing mods. Let me know.

Re: No cut Frame sliders.

sliders dont really protect **** minus the frame (hence frame slider),if your that scared to drill your fairing your really gonna be let down when you crash with sliders and see all the damage.

Re: No cut Frame sliders.

If you plan on wheeling that bike at all dont do it, sliders can help when a bike lowsides but 99% of the time the do more damage then good in any kind of big drop or tumble...My friend looped his 02 R1 a few weeks ago and the slider on the right side bent and cracked his cylinder head....That was alot of work to fix and he would have much rather traded that for fairing damage.....

Re: No cut Frame sliders.

Damn that R6 looks dope. Try the MXD track cage ,those no cut sliders are garbage ,even regular sliders are garbage. It's really sucks when you drop the bike and it goes sliding and the bolt shears really easy with sliders.

Re: No cut Frame sliders.

that yellow bike up there is the 06 R6, and yeah the mounts are way low on that bike. powers is the only cage I've seen out for the 06 R6 though, I dunno how any of the other companies might do it differently @ $150 the railz are at least 1/2 as strong as a stunt cage, and 1/2 the price, but they are only about 50% more expensive than sliders, but easily 2-3 times as strong. I'd say railz are probably the best bang for the buck as far as protection goes. This is what the 03-05 R6 railz look like
