nice info but in VA if you deny consent to a search the cops have no problems getting a warrant and coming back to arrest you. i speak from experience lol.

That's good **** with the search... although when I was in that situation I quickly ate everything before cop got to the window. Good thing we were hotboxing the car too so all the smoke came pouring out, they called 2 more cars and searched for over 30 min and found nothing and let us go w. no ticket

 

your best bet is not getting approached by cops period..be it avioding or fleeing :YEAH

It is.... its very informative, too many people could get off with nothing if they would follow that ****... one of my best friends fathers is highway patrol and even he tells his children to not consent to a search by an officer.
