I've bought about 5 or 6 bikes just based on pictures alone and never had a problem. I'd do it again with no hesitation. Just be sure to pay $500 less than you would if it was in person so that you have a buffer just in case you missed something in the pictures.

i just bought a bike off ebay 98 zx6r, he says only problems it has are cosmetics like the plastics are ugly and it has a bunch of extra parts, its the best deal i could find and went for it, i will let you know tomorrow how it goes i am picking it up in CT i live in NY...

Square Trade is like a middle man for internet deals. What you do is deposit the money into a square trade account, the bike is shipped to you. After you have viewed the bike and approve of it, square trade then releases the money.
