I have recently learned stagered wheelies. And I am feeling out the BP now and trying to get the rear break on lock. When riding for more than a mile my forearms start to kill me. After going more than about 3 miles my arms are mush. My question is will my arms just get stronger or when I lean it deeper into the BP make it better?

Start beating off more. Atleast in the double digits for the first few months. Make sure you switch between hands also. Then you'll be ready for 5mile staggered power wheelies!!!!!!

Re: Stamina
you can also put the left leg on the seat when your arms get tired. that takes all the weight off your arms. then go until your leg is too sore then go back to the peg again and so on. You'll get stronger the more you do it

Re: Stamina
just get in shape. And work whatever muscles are getting sore. you'll get over it. I remember the first few springs after i started riding , my clutch hand would die the first few times i went out. Now it never happens. Just a matter of getting/working muscles where you need em/to. I didnt ride much this spring/summer and started going out a lot the past few weeks. I can ride 4x as long now in 90 degree heat than a month ago in 70 degree heat. So i hear you, Just keep at it it will be overcome.

Re: Stamina
The best thing to stop arm pump is to get a broom stick or something and cut it down to about a foot and a half or so and tie a string in the middle and hang a weight from it and twist the stick pulling the wieght up and down. I used to race motocross and the armpump was horrible till I started doing that and it was the best exercise I found for armpump
