Re: Rev limiter

Why would you want to change your Rev Limited on a 929? It's not like a car, besides... you don't want your shift point to be at 15,000.... 11,500-12,000 is plenty high!

its at the very back of your throttle. only hit it in coasters and dont let off untill your motor pops

Re: Rev limiter

you have to get the RPMs up past 14k and then flip the red switch next to the throttle

Re: Rev limiter

not sure what he's talking about, but i'd be interested in lowering the rev limiter on my bike... so i could do rev limiter stuff without being so hard on the motor.

Why not just get a 600?

a 929 limited to be slower then a 600 dosen't make sense

I forget who makes it but it allows you to have the rev limiter kick in whereever you want....

Re: Rev limiter

funny to see people clowning who have no clue.

Dyna makes them, you can get them at cbrzone.com

here you go, http://www.cbrzone.com/shiftrevadv.html you don't need the 2 stage unless you're drag racing, go with the $110 dollar one
