stoppie distances??!!??!!??

okay kids....this ones for the long roller ready to flip and die riders.

So I'm gonna be doing a little traveling this summer and trying to take some stoppie money from events....so I'd like to know where I stand.

I imagine all the events will be some kind of limited approach...be it 150 or 300. or somewhere in the middle.

how far are you guys rollin and from what approach?

Out of 150 I'm really pushing it to get 350...usually that means I'm off the brake 1/2 the time and got that whole gravity @$$ feeling going on.

300 I've been doing 7-800....I'm kind of inconsistent with that because I don't like to balance it instantly at that speed.

Give me some serious answers on where you're at. Limited approach only...I don't want to think about people doing 1000 feet from xxxx mph...that **** makes me cringe

Yo phill how are ya buddy, I hear your killing it out there. Merk is in town with his parents for the weekend and we were talking about you fool.

I haven't done 150 for but I was killing 200 about a month ago on my new gsxr that I'm still trying to learn about. I was rolling about 450 from 200. As far as 300 I have been haveing some head shake problems and crashed one last saturday, I'm thinking if I can work that out I will be rolling close to 700, but I will keep you posted.

You still getting head shake like your were when you came down from stuntwars or did you work that problem out??

Re: stoppie distances??!!??!!??

We were practicing 150ft approaches last weekend in Dallas, I was averaging between 300-350ft, and I agree that your gonna be off the brake most of the time to go much past 350-400, or have some sort of servo motor on your front wheel.
