ok...i ate **** tonight...i was doing good too..i grinded my pipe down so much im scrapin my 12 bar now hahaha...but anyhow. Im going like 3mph in a wheelie i come back to tap my bar it stalled and i highside...breaks the acerbies light off..its junk..breaks bulbs. my question is...how many upperstay brackets do you break on your gixxer??? how easy are they to break exactly??

05 gixxer 6 = junk cast upper stay i broke 2 not even crashing learing to hc scrape get an after market one (maybe 905) or make one yourself. i made one myself for $10 out of 1\2 square tube didnt hold the stock light but i just put a fog light in instead

i high sided mind scapin 12 ...but i was goin about 40-50. it desroyed the front and the tank. now i have a stunt tank and alot of zipties weeeeeee

ahh shitty.. but yeah! this is when you'll get good brake control.. you got some gearing so that's cheating.. but just gotta learn to listen to the motor...u'll learn how to compensate with some gas n some brake to prevent it... keep the front end off

im on my 2nd one going on third
the stays are weaker then wet 1ply toilet paper with sticky fingers.
my buddy broke his just doing wheelies/stoppies

Where is it breaking?? I've seen a few broken ones from 04-05's, I see breaks right after the two bolt holes where you attach it to your frame. Why don't you bring it to a good alum. tig welder and fill in and renforce some of those weak points. Maybe it'll cost you 50 bucks but you wont have to put a 10-15lb steel stay on, and or continue to buy new ones.
