MXD 12bars for the 03-05 R6?

MXD 12bars for the 03-05 R6?
I'm curious if anyone is rocking mxd's 12bar for the 03-05 r6. I noticed that the 12bar mounts directly to the frame instead of the brittle potmetal subframe. Does anyone know if you have to drill into the subframe at all?

On my 905 12bar I had to drill into the subframe and the holes that I drilled were exactly where the Sh$TTY subframe cracked out. Any advice would be much appreciated.....

From what I've heard you don't have to drill but I think it does use two stock subframe bolts to mount
I want a round bar from MXD I sent a PM but he never responded.

nah son it doesn't really matter
I think a round bar on a square tail would look better than a crushed tail or a big old 12 bar
