I ordered a rear handbrake setup from Stunt Factory on 04/21/06 and still don't have it. I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with them. I called on 04/28/06 to ask for a tracking # cause I was never provided one and the person stated they were out of some bolt and it was shipped on 04/26/06 and would be here no later than 05/02/06. So I waited and nothing came so I called back and got no answer for 2 days straight. I finally blocked my # and hhhmm they answered and stated they have been out of the office for a family emergency. He gave me a tracking # that just turned out to be a confirmation # that Stunt Factory called the Post Office to let them know they had something to ship and that was it. So I called back and they(stunt factory) stated it was delivered on 05/02/06 and I put him in check stating that if you shipped it on 05/01/06 it would be impossible for it to be here on the 2nd. All he could do was like E-40 says dumb dumb dumb. The funny thing is on the web site that I purchased the brake from it stated shipped to your door in 2 to 3 days!! It well be 2 weeks tomorrow!! Someone needs to open a stunt shop here in Az!!

 

dam that sucks, are they a member of the BBB? maybe you can file a complaint. G'luck with it.
