I PM'd NINER he has a bunch cut to fit FI bars (11" X 2" X 3/4") but still doesn't have them drilled or tapped yet. he should have them ready by stuntfest(june 24th)

this dude is right slow speed and don't use cheap bits either of the "titamium coated" bits you get from harbor freight go and buy crapsman or your neighborhood snapon guy it will set you back some cash but they last a lot longer and sometimes your can exchange them

it says carbide drill bits are recommended for deep holes(is 3/4" deep? )but says high speed steel drill bits are suitable for many operations, and high speed steel taps are generally used....so apparently you don't need anything special
spiral point taps like this are cheap
1/4 20 = $1.49
1/4 28 = $2.39
spiral point/flute taps meant for Ti and capable of tapping 200 holes or more in Ti run ~$50!

i found a sight that has Titanium but its you might be able to get it cheaper elsewhere www.titanium.com its like $200+ for a foot
