Beat my charges!!!!!
Dont know if you guys remember, but a few months ago i posted up that someone "accused" me and i got charged with felony eluding, and oas. I was facing 2 felony charges (habitual), 3 year loss of license, and some jail time. Lawyered up and today, all charges dropped. FTP..

cool man... i got in a situation where i MAY have eluded.... and uh... got ratted out by a "friend", the cop got my number and started calling me, said he was gonna press felony charges, he wanted me to come in and confess to get the charges lowered to mistimenor (spelling?) i just played along with him then kept delaying it, he finaly stopped calling me, no way i was gonna go in there and admit to it... i got away and i wanted to keep it that way!

hell no.. never admit it...
one time this cop asked me if i had my seat belt on..
i thought he was just seeing if i was going to be honest and let me off...
i told him i wasnt wearing it and the fker gave me a ticket...

A good lawyer is the key, one you can trust. I had a good feeling about this one cause I talked for the first 20 min about stunting. He rode a bike in his younger years and was interested. He was also a prosecutor and DA for years before doing defense, this I think is a plus, cause he has connections on the other side, get the best you can afford. Anyway, dont admit to anything, they have to prove it was you on the bike beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury, which is hard to do. I was in a similar situation where someone said my name, and that was all they had other than a bike screaming away in the distance. Video, would have only hurt the pros. case cause it would have shown the cop wasnt very close to fleeing bike(could never give accurate disc,). If all they have is someone who gave your name, that person needs to understand the consiquences of going against you, and those consiquences need to be enough to make sure they wont testify against you, the prosecution wont subpena someone who will not help there case. (I wont get specific, use your imagination). Even if they got your plate, etc on video, they still need to PROVE, it was you under that helmet. Keep your mouth shut and dont take a deal, unless its dropping all charges, until your sitting there picking the jury, anything before that is taking a shitty deal. From what Ive learned, a good lawyer can defeat almost all issues in an eluding case, as long as they dont catch you, except a witness testimony, that is up to youi

LOL LOL ...... I "friend of mine" just pulled up to a stop light after doing a wheelie.....Wilber pulled up behind him....
... friend lend to other "friend" and said .... cya at the house .... 2 hours later Wilber showed up at "friend of mine" house. BANG BANG BANG....this is Wilber open up..... ...Wilber stayed for 45mins banging on the door before he left. Two days after that Wilber saw "my friend" on the street....and they couldn't do anything about it

stickin it to the man. thats what its all about. dont take no **** from no-one. anything in life that involves gobs of fun you can be rest assured someone will be trying to ruin it for you.
