I say "do it, do it". I am against corporate in every sense of the word. Band together and boycot their biased awards, make your own. Leave it to the people to vote, not a select few that "think" they know what is better than the next.
Many of you have pioneered in this sport with blood, sweat and tears. Breaking bones and massive $$$ spent on bikes and video equipment should never be forgotten. Don't forget why you do it, for the love, not the fame or mis-fortune.... Seeing E-Dub get out to Japan, Teach and others to the military base. Kids making magazines... I met Teach on here and he hooked me and my boy up with bikes from Argo, now that is good stuff right there. Seeing kids on BMX bikes finally get a 50, 100 and then a 6 is amazing man. There is history here that corporate will want to rape someday. Everyone has a price but don't sell out ever. Making money is different than selling out.
EDIT - People have to know their place too. I make good money at my job and am no idiot when it comes to managing business', especially technology. If I am not the best, and clearly am not the best, I will invest in the best. My friends are my family and will promote them before myself anyday. Don't ever lose a real friend over this. Working together may get you less $$$ in the end but money will never compare...

I think it's invite only or you gotta get tickets. Honestly, it's not really worth coming all the way from Vegas for just to hang out at a club on Tuesday night. I'll be there (again). I may have extra tickets. I'll check.
