tankslap at 85 mph ? you must have been 6th gear tapped with the wind behind you on a down hill to get that much ramming speed on the 250..

A 250 motor should be cheap as hell to fix, you only have one piston. Mow a couple lawns, panhandle, handjobs for the neighbor kids. Scrap up a couple hundred and fix it.
