radiator leak repair. I would drain radiator before applying, and let sit overnight.

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

i think JB weld would hold it if you figured out a way to stop the antifreeze from dripping out while its drying... I dont see anyway around taking it off, but if JB weld will keep gas in the tank, im sure it will hold back antifreeze...

JB qwik--It comes in a stick-you knead it like dough--dries in 3 minutes cures in 1 hour--I had a pin hole in the radiator on my 636 a week ago and the JB qwik sealed it perfect--no leaks--

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

JB Quick also comes in 2 tubes. Might try that with a scrap piece of sheet metal if the kneadable JB weld/ epoxy doesn't work.

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

At first the JB Qwik might not stick when you first apply it so--in this case press that shiit in as much as you can-it'll stay-this is why I love this stuff--I'll never buy jb weld ever again.

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

simple fix: pepper.

put a couple of tablespoons in the radiator while it is running...the pepper will find the leak and plug it...i've done this a bunch of times

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

with JB qwik, i used a hair-dryer to make sure the stuff gets nice and warm (so the reaction will fully take place in 3-5 mins). Watch out about getting it too hot while its drying though, because it is almost sticky like bubble gum when alot of heat is until it is fully dried...

Teach, you serious about the pepper?
