Is pepper a long-term fix? would'nt the heat cycles and the molecular chemical calisthenics break down and cause it to leak again? lol

this stuff works good or any kind of like gas tank sealer.. should work.. all you do is mold it and let it sit and dry.. i used it on the splits on the tank.. no probs after

I used the stop leak stuff, clogged everything up... flushed it a few times and it's all good now... took a few months and a few coolant changes for it all to come out.. but it did stop the leak. As for long term damage who knows.. It's been a year though... but it's pepper from now on!

go to autozone, they sell radiator patch kits, works like a charm, i've had to patch my radiator two or three times now and have been riding like that for a while without a problem.

Re: small hole in radiator----any suggestions?

make sure jb-weld says 24 hours on it,not the 4 hour crap.use the 24 and give it enough time to dry.**** will never leak.I had 60% of my old gsxr 6 radiator jb-welded,it ran kinda hot cuz it used only 40% but still worked and never leaked.
