i just bought the 905 12 bar and put it on and when i was cranking down on the mounting bolts the cross aluminum bar the one set of bolts go into cracked in the center? Has anyone else had this problem? An d the whole rear on that bike is aluminum and i twisted the 12 bar with my hands and the whole rear twists with it? Can i trust it? Orcan i make some kinds supports?

id re-inforce with welding, there was just a good post on here about re-inforcing the sub frame, id do it all the way up and weld the bar to the frame.

do a search for 04 gsxr600 subframe or something like that. I have pics of my subframe and it's the same one as on your bike/
