me and max (noobkid) thought about doin that last year... never happened because we figured no one would really pay. we were gonna dent, bondo, and paint them

 

I personally wouldnt pay to have it dented, bondoed, and painted but I would pay for someone to plasma cut it flip it and the cap area and Tig it back

 

yea we could actually do that... but between the time invested, buying a tank, and all the shipping bullshit i still dont see it being worth it

 

you dont need bondo.... i got 636 and gsxrs down... i did a r6 today that is a beach..

 

I wish there was a reliable well known service that dented tanks. I want to dent mine, I know im far away from even attempting spreader or anything, but its nice to have it out of the way for when I make it that far.

And when I do try to dent it, it will be my first try and Ill probably **** it up. Id pay to have it dented and bondo'd.

The only problem is, there is no "well known, reliable" source that I know of, Id be to paranoid that Id send away my tank, and see it on Ebay a few days later. I mean, they sell for a fat amount if there not harmed.

Exactly. I thought about this a long time ago. I wouldnt pay big money for a predented tank when i can buy a rashed tank for ten dollars off ebay, stomp on it, and have the same thing. There wouldnt be any profit in it.

 

ya the profitablity of predented tanks is minimul, even though it can be a pain it's better to do it yourself. some people have different tastes when it comes to the dents too. most people like it tented on top, but i've been seeing guys like john from legion that dent the back of the tank.
