teams have been put together in parking lots the day of the event since the begining. This team is made up months before the event. I really don't see the issue. 5 guys riding together as a team makes up a team.

heres the issue im not one to start sh it i have mad respect for any one who stunts. but when you have the top known and sickest stunters in the usa and now europpean stunters just build up a tem in the parkin lot of stunt wars the whole comp is nothing but a bust altimatly they will win. but when you have a team that has practice togeather for 2 years and know each other very well thats a real team not one made up just for a day got what im say notice i mentioned no name but every one know what im talking about

 

schwartz is saying that the "DREAMTEAM" has already been assembled, months before the event.....

I hear ya but..... It's 3 months away, that is hardly putting together a team in the parking lot. Plus I think the motive of putting together this team isn't to kick every bodies a$$. I think if the prize $$$$ wasn't there that Drew Stone would still have put this team together.

Plus the team that has been doing it for 2 years should be able to beat this dream team.

i think C P is avliable. Put him with Daris, Mann, Joe Brown and Kane...

dont get me wrong i know they put it together way befor the event. those 4 guys together will be a show to see i cant wait. just that when stunt wars come id like tnot see a team being put together just for that day.

thats the difference, if its a team that spends alot of time to plan how they are gonna ride together, its very possible that they could win, its about keeping the crowd happy, and having a good variety of stuff. i think the fact that drew announced that the dream team was put together was to get actual teams to step up there game to make this stuntwars one that is unforgettable. just imagine being the team that beat the euro/american dream team, talk about bragging rights. i think its possible to do, i would like to see it done, lets see some teams step it up and take care of business.

team events a hard topic for sure.. its mostly a crowd event in my opinion, cause there is the most riders on the track at once.. Ie: chaos.. and thats fun to watch...

just because u assemble 5 people of sick techincal skill doesnt mean an inevidable win. remember there are no rules to stunting. our sport was birthed my showoffs.. Play the crowd.. learn from years past, learn from the euros.. look at team rags last year throwing things into the crowd kuddos.. Darius driving out the truck.. i like it.. it raises questions and drama about rules ie: should 2 up riders be allowed? should cars and trailers be allowed? but all in all its a great idea.. jsut makes others wanna push their limits that much more.

(2 up stunts are gayer than dirtbike bars btw)

I also think the amount of time allocated for the individual freestyle should be no more than 4 minutes.. top.. in reality should be 90sec.. i mean if we aim to scuplte our sport towards one that Xgames can assimiliate.. well.. we should learn from what they do.

i love this sport. but ill admit watching 120 contestants all bust a 5min run is painful..

judges should be allowed to sound the horn early and save some people from their own misery and embarassement.

no one should be allowed to waste the crowds time... WTF was the fire guy there for?

Amatuer class is a great idea.. where do I sign up?
I do hear i am quite the joke of a rider now-a-days.. only fair eh?

an amatuer contest ia a very good idea its a way for an amature to get noticed and not be an amatuer any more

 

Once all you so called amatures scream sponcer you shouldn't be able to rock the amature class. You get so much as a bar end from freestyle you are no longer an amature. Wanna get a sponcer? Then act like the pro you want to be treated like, and play with the big boys. Until then keep your palms down.
