I use a subframe peg, it's more like foot in seat but comfortable enough for long highway wheelies.
I need something to to take the weight off my arms. I don't know if I"ll ever try foot in bar, doesn't seem comfortable. I'm going to try foot in seat tomorrow though.

im tired of hearing foot in the bar is gay....its freestyle..have your own style...if it bothers u that much just think... it will make u look that much cooler,if u dont do it
