Bill has customer service on lockdown !! For all of you out there considering
supporting FullThrottle and their products...DO IT ! Yeah the handbrake setup costs more, but its a quality piece and hasnt failed yet..Now comes the customer service part...I lost control of a circle and bike hit the ground hard (awkward angle)and broke off the handbrake line at the master. It also squashed a good bit of the line as well..So i sent Bill a PM last week and asked what the cost of the replacement line would be..and how long to get it shipped..He replied saying that he would send me a replacement line for free as long as I send back the old one and should get there in a few days..He was also real concerned about why it broke even after I explained to him that the bike had a bad tumble..
Well my package arrived today..Bill its service like this that a few others could learn from...I have noticed alot of threads recently where the price of your handbrake setup has come into question....But what that price doesnt show is your willingness to stand behind what you sell and support it to the max.....
I just wish you made more stunt related shiat for me to buy...
Its guys like this that we all need to be supporting...
