FZ1 stuntbike? sprockets?

I'm more of a reader than a post-er but I've been around a while. I have a 2001 Yamaha FZ1 that I wheelie more often than I ride on two. I'm learning bp and brake control but I'm not going to say I am capable of anything more than 1/2 mile so far. I am about to have to pony up for a new chain and I am tempted to go big in the back. Right now I have -1/+3 which is perfect for everyday riding, wheelie-ing, and going fast, but I'd like to learn the slow stuff. The bike is a heavier bike than the aluminum framed bikes I'm more used to after having a gixxer 600 and ninja 600. I wanted some input from the stunters out there that know something useful for me. The bike is over 500lbs, can I still do the slow stuff? (I'll get a 12 bar and cage) What size sprockets should I get (stock was 16/44, now is 15/47) to be streetable yet stuntable? Where can I get a fatty sprocket and chain?

I'm thinking of going up 10 in the back from stock. It's a 1000cc (the 01 R1 engine) so I figure 10 is plenty but you guys probably know a lot better than I do. Help me out? Any info is appreciated.
