i see more and more people ride
with the clip ons above the triple clamp
why???
is it better???

i think its a little bit dangerous
because when the clip on isnt tight anough you can loose it
i think...


what do you people think about it?

 

i put a 954 front end on my f4i, and wud def reccomend doing it....basically its liek having mx bars with out the gay looks of it....and it gives u flexability....i kno if my clipons were in stock position...it wud make tricks liek jumping through spec k, and spreader to 50/50 alot harder....basically it gives u mreo room

 

except its like 4 inches farther forward than mx bars. and i think bars looks 10 times better than the folded clip ons.

 

im surprised no one's mentioned that it in return moved the headers/rest of the bike closer to the ground so scraping bottom of the bike is a regular thing

 

My F4 is dropped about 1 1/2" down in the triples to make room for F.I. clip ons (which are dead straight unlike stock 954 clipons). Never hit the headers. A F.I. loop might hit easier but I run MXD.
