Hey Skiv make sure you slip a bolt in that peg so it does'nt fold up on you--And from the looks of the other pic, if you chop the very tip of that tail section off i bet your foot will fit in there easy! Chop it!!!

Man I'll tell you what--I would'nt want to get trapped under those peg mounts either if things get hairy--just jump off and run away from the bike!!

It is actually the right side peg mounted on the left so at 12 it shouldn't fold, but hopefully if the bike lands on me it will! I tried last night to sit it up, but it is still surprisingly heavy even w/o the light and complete front end...I will look to see where I could put a bolt incase.

 

i used a right side peg on mine..never folds up and ive dropped my bike hard a **** load of times on the left side..hasnt broke yet.

So how does it work? Looks like it should be fine and you don't have to worry about it folding up on you.

 

works great, it may be a little too easy to steer. still strugglin on the circles.

 

hey now I thought I was f!@#$% up or something!!! Whenever I practice (which has been by myself, with no guidance except advice from you guys),my arms and wrist really hurt!!! I figured out that the softer I land my lame *** attempts of slow ,staggered stand-ups it is much easier on my arms and wrists!!! I am 6'2 215 and sometimes feel like I get my left leg straight and bike feels way more stable!!! It really does not help that i am trying this on sh@tty p.a. crowned roads!! So if that left leg is bent I will not get smooth ???? I am just starting to notice the more i gain brake control (which is still pathetic) ,I seem to land softer!! Do you guys use rear brake while riding freeway wheelies!!! Anywho thanx for advice guys, maybe I need a cheater peg!!! peace

 

well my freeway wheelies are only about 55 mph in 2nd gear, the engine is enough for me, there is times that i use the rear brake(like when one of my boys think they are slower,ill just throw the front higher and higher till i have to use the brake.)but on your slow boys its just a matter of practice to get smooth.the leg being straight really helps but not necessary,my arms dont get tired anymore its my left leg(steering leg).man ive still got along ways to go. just got the MANA and the SUI4 today,im way behind

really what is a cheater peg just gay dude, use the passenger peg, grow some ***** and do it the ol natural way, just like some of us learned to do it, dont be a *****, i aint ragging on you, just throwing in my 2 cents worth... cool

oh i learned on the pass. peg, i just put my peg on about a month ago. y does everyone think something is gay because they dont use one,first it was hand brakes now its "cheater pegs".just like the HB there is tricks you do on the bar that you dont on without on,try a highchair circle without a HB.

 

you see in my avatar, that is on passanger peg. if you can already do PP stuff y not try something else

I've just ordered a r h side busa rear peg for mine as I used to love them long wheelies with my cheater peg, could never match the distance without one!! Lol
