anyone else have trouble with stunt rags? i ordered a sprocket kit from them monday June 27th and i still havent recieved it! so far chris has been cool with me, he said he shipped it last thursday priority mail through the post office which only takes 2-3 days, he assured me this week that i should see it in the next couple days, when the mail came today and i had no packages I about lost it! my blood started boiling! i emailed chris again asking what the deal was, he was also supposed to shoot me an email with a tracking number but i havent heard back from him.

im gonna call and see if there was even any activity on my card, if not im ordering it elsewhere.

 

Holidays slow things down a bit. I think they're pretty good about keeping their customers happy....

 

i ordered my 905 12bar from him and had no problems at all

 

holidays?????? aww com'on! and priority mail only takes 2-3 days, i let it slide tuesday and wednesday due to monday being a holiday, but its friday now!!!

i'd give it a lil more time before you get worked up. whose to say he did something wrong, sounded like he shipped it right out, maybe it's the post office.

btw i have never had any dealings with stuntragz so im not biased

 

Chris is a great guy, dont worry, you'll get your sprockets...i've bought many things from him, he even sent me a free shirt after the one i bought from him shrunk so small that it wouldnt even fit my lil bro, thats the kinda guy he is, you've got nuthing to worry about man

 

i just got an update from him, he messed up and didnt process my order as he thought, he says hes gonna get it out asap and drop me a couple extras..... if i get it by tuesday, i will be happier than flies on $#it!

bro, i told you Thursday i had messed up cause i took your order while i was driving and forgot to place it. i placed it Thursday. Thrust ships all items out priority mail. i am waiting to here back from them with the tracking info. i did not say it would ship the next day.
besides the fact you cussed me in the email you demanded i go to the post office and ship it out on Saturday. Bro i could not do that. sprockets are dropped shipped from the manufacturer.

i left a message for thrust to call me and let me know what's up. i told you i would send you a few shirts for the mistake. sometimes **** happens and things run late. i apologized and offered you some free ****. i don't know what else to do.
if you want your money back let me know, otherwise i will contact thrust again in the morning and see where your stuff is at.

Yo, Chris is a good guy. He's a strong part of the stunting community cuz he's so damn reliable,... and yes, he is ugly, but he's a good guy.

Look, Sometimes a mistake is made... It's very rare that Chris ever makes one, but he's got a ton of orders to keep up with. I have been waiting as long as you have for my sprockets, and I'm on the support team. Being that chris deals with a lot of vendors,... most the time if a product is delayed getting to you, then it's out of Chris's hands. As for the vendors...they have a ton of product to make and ship,...It takes a while to do that sometimes. Stunting is a small sport... We have no Wal-Mart of McDonalds to order parts from. I know it's frustrating,...but be patient. And BTW, Chris normally takes care of his customers...So I'm sure if you talk to him, he's not being rude at all... I'm sure he's taking care of ya.
