Gixxer 750 or CBR929 for stunt and canyons?

I am considering these two and need some input. Iam not sure if I really want to step up to a litre bike yet sicne I've only been riding my YZF600R for a year and a half. I am considering a '01 or '02 750, or a '00 or '01 929. If you have ridden both, please tell me the difference and which one would be better for me. I'll use it for everything: commute, stunts, twisties and track days.

Would they be comparable in their powerband, power and torque etc? Should I be concerned about the 750 since it feels a little bigger than the 929? I am only 5'5" and 145. I've sit on them and honestly I don't have a problem with either of them. Thanks.

ok....there is not that much of a difference between a 929 and a new 750 IN POWER!!!!! dont know the big differences in balance point and other sheait....but the step from a YZF600 to either of these,,,,IS BIG, new 600's have shiet loads of power...enought for any skilled stunna to use.

get a 600,,,,stunt it,,,,,learn it,,,,,,master it.........

i am only about 15 to 20 lbs heavier than you,,,,,,its MAKES A HUGE differance.... new 600's have all the power you need,,,the differance between a yzf600 and a new gix 600 is like night and day.

become a master of a 600,,,you can stunt a liter bike like a pro

Not that I don't like a 600 but I would like something else now. I might still keep my 600 or get another one later but for now I am trying to decide between the 750 or 929. But before I get my hands on one of them, I am practicing with my 600 for another month or so
