Stoppies

I have just got my bike set up to learn long stoppies, braided lines and a gpr stabilizer, i can roll about 130 now just wondering if anyone that is real good at them has any other advice on how to roll them longer? I think it just takes some practice but any other advice couldnt hurt. Thanks

Re: Stoppies

make sure u got a good tire man. i run a pilot power on my bike. confidense in ur tire is everything for endo's. i like Kane's approach...speed. oh yeah, film urself while learning cause u probably arent as high as u think u are! good luck bro cause u'll get addicted quick! and i hope u dont still have those non-inverted forks on ur 600. if so, get 750 ones. they will be a whole lot more endo friendly!

Re: Stoppies

I remeber a day when all tricks were done at over 50 mph...

These bikes are built for speed!!!

The faster you ride the more the crowd likes it

Re: Stoppies

lower tire pressure, it added a little distance, but a bunch more confidence, easier to steer. I got 250+ on my power stoppies, comin in from 80 to 100mph in traffic.

Re: Stoppies

i GOT MY DAMPNER FROM MY WORK FAY MYERS IN COLORADO, TO GET 130 I AM IN PRETTY MUCH FIRST GEAR WRAPPED OUT SHIFTING INTO SECOND AND HITTING IT, I THINK I AM HIGH ENOUGH MOST THE TIME BECAUSE I AM CARRYING DISTANCE. NOW I AM HAVING ANOTHER PROBLEM THE FRONT BRAKES ARE LIKE ALMOST CHIRPING OR CATCHING. I MEAN IT FEELS LIKE THE BRAKES ARE CATCHING. ANY THOUGHTS?? YOU GUYS ARE ALL RIGHT THEY ARE ADDICTING AS HELL, BUT FUN!!!
