Stoppies

Re: Stoppies
I just started to learn to roll em yesterday and hit about 150 feet at 45mph. I need to just shoot it up higher and work on getting it balanced.
Any other good pointers?
**** speed, I should be able to roll 300 at 45mph :P

Re: Stoppies
I actually got a in a wreck while doing a stoppie on my SV1000S. I rolled it, then when I finally wanted to stop completely the front tire slid through some oil or something. I went down hard, barely any damage to bike though. I have been kind of scared to do them ever since. Traction on that front tire is very critical. I have a 'Busa now that I can't stunt for ****, and I've attempted a few stoppies, but the front end buckles. Too much weight I guess. I have ss brake lines, they haven't seemed to help much.
