Stuntex OIL PICKUP!
i just put mine on my f4i tonight, and i have to SCREAM that i am extremely happy with it. there's nothing better than to never have to see the oil light again. plus it's better than just taking your guages off. lol cause i know the motors getting oiled proprerly, plus it runs much smoother turnin' trix! :YEAH
very nice Stuntex!

peyton,
dude, your gonna want to get one of these. they're for real.
the most you have to do is remove the headers, f4i headers=no washer seals, so its not really a pain like others.
put it this way, i started at 7 pm, did the install and changed the oil, i also drained my radiator and refilled it (good idea cause it moved the radiator trying to get to the header bolts). i have full fairings and a cage (bent-which took more time than anything to get off). i finished at 10:30 -11, parked it on the bar right after, ran it for about 1.5 minutes, 1000 idle and took off and did some circles. no light, no knock.
as far as procedure goes, after pulling the headers and draining the oil, remove the pan, clean the edges up before applying new RTV. remove the pickup, put the new retainer clip on, put RTV on everything, put on the new baffle, 180 the pickup, put the pickup on the baffle, then put the pan back on. done.
ryan, your mom did all the work!....

Re: Stuntex OIL PICKUP!
Does the stuntex pickup effect "normal" riding or stoppies? Will it mess my bike up if i ride more normal than wheelying? The only time I ever saw my oil light was when I was doing stoppies...
Thanks

Re: Stuntex OIL PICKUP!
The Product Keeps The Oil In The Pan Instead Of The Back Of The Motor. Every Day Riding Would Be The Same, No +, No -. Oil Light From A Stoppie Is Un-solvable With One Of These Products. The Oil Returns Into The Front Of The Pan, So Blocking It Is No Good. A Motor Should Not Blow Up From Stoppies Because Your Are Not At A Constant High Rpm But Anything Is Possible.
