everyone has their own opinion on bikes. Just stunt with whatever you feel most comfortable with. Like the R1, stunt the hell out of it, like the RR stunt the hell out of it. Just be safe people.

being a fellow yamaha rider myself, i must reply to this thread.
Any little boy can wheelie a honda or suzuki. It takes a real man to do it on a R1. The engine is top notch. I've got 23,000 miles on my 98 and never had a single problem. Infact, i just did the first tune-up on it ever 2 days ago. There is a big problem with the welded subframe but oh well... And as for the carbs?? they work just fine. It is true that it's easier and more stable on a gixxer or RR. You can stunt any bike once you learn the power and control. Are the R1's harder and unstable? Yes, of course. But once you can ride the hell outta them you can say you do it on a R1 and look good as well

p.s. - i'm just backin my bike up... so dont take offense to it

Yeah R-1 trannies are **** I blew out 2nd gear on two trannies.
Most of the motors I've heard sound like a Cummings Diesel. Then theres that sub frame deal.I solved the tank slapper deal with a damper. I tried to stunt a 99 last season, It was a good riding bike however it was just too bitchy. It seemed as if I had to overcome alot of the bikes shortcomings. With my 900rr I just go (Well besides 2 sets of front rotors due to warping)
I guess it all comes down to taste.
