1 more thing...i have not seen anyone with this kind of scrapeing surface....instead of a flat surface i cut a piece of pipe in half and used it so the surface is rounded... i figure this will be a good design because it will eliminate any problems of the surface catching on any inperfections in the road....come on warm weather!!!!!!

its an elevated passenger bar, your right. Ensures even the shortest passenger vision over your helmet while riding. LIke a station wagon attatchment.

BWahahahaa, you all are too funny

On a serious note, shorten it down bro. I think allot of people will tell you to learn the 12's without a bar. **** you could put a drag bar on a drag bike but that doesn't mean it's 12'ing

Strange...

That is deffinitely a weird design. Did you actually stand the bike up to see if it would stand up in a 12 O'Clock position by itself?

Good luck either way!

yes all i did stand it up and check it with it clamped on and it is a bit past 12...so i put it on as is.....as for it lookin goofy it aint so bad in person and if it works it stays if it dont it goes...if i shoetened it 1 1/2 inches i wold be at 1 o clock so i will leave it there till i can test it.

DONT LEARN WITH A BARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr

trust me... learn to ride slow wheelies first.. then learn to hit tail.. the tail is forgiving...

if your not smooth and confident with a bar you can seriously get Effed up... catching an edge on a bar just by not hitting it perfect and soft will take you for a ride..

stick with your tail

woooooooooooo wooooooooooooooo. i know that people were gonna cause the pic makes the bar look even goofier than it is in person. plus my yosh system is so loud i dont think you would hear the wistlers... you can hear me coming almost 2 miles away if im getting on it hard. but its all good.

my design is hard to explain----i made it give where it needs to and rigid where it need to. i guess its kinda made to give a little if i dont hit it straight but its braced in the right spots so it will not break. tok a while to draw it up but i figured if i was goaan start with a bar it better be a f-in doogie howser bar

That things cool, don't listen to these guys. Is the scraping part steel or pvc? You might want to try pvc if your going for "forgiving"
