Wrecked Yesterday

Just got back from the hospital. I was switching lanes then the moron in front of me decides to brake check me. My girl was behind me, she was the only witness... I guess I smacked my head on his bumper then on the ground as I went flying off my bike... Luckily I was only going 15-20 (downtown driving). I was knocked out for a while, when I came to my ankle and nuts really, really hurt. The first thing I said is my nuts were fvcking killing me . Broken ankle, torn hamstring, bruised ribs (2 of them), sprained forearm (left arm), and like a dime-sized piece of road-rash on my knee . A police officer was right beside me when I hit, he told me that there was literally no way I could have avoided it, he called the kid who braked "a complete dumbass".

Broke: Upper Fairing, Headlight, Mirrors, Wind Visor, Left Fairing, Bent Handlebars, Rear Fairing, Alternator Cover, My Bones.

Re: Wrecked Yesterday

If you hit somebody from behind, you are automatically at fault...

Following too close
Too fast for conditions
Tailgating
pick one...

I feel your pain tho... got in a wreck a couple years back where some old lady 2 cars in front of me decided to come to an abrupt stop on a 45 MPH road...

Yea I did. I left my home, went up and got gas, and then decided to go back home and get my lid. I about left today without it. The paramedic or whatever he's called said without my helmet there was about a 95% chance I wouldn't be here by how hard I smacked my head.

Re: Wrecked Yesterday

Glad you're ok buddy. Haven't talked to ya in a while. Good luck with it. I'd definitely take him to court if he got a ticket and you didn't. Go to small claims and rep yourself. If you get rich, steal me some shirts from Abercrombie before you quit.
