WINK 1100...
I got a home made video of those cats about 3 or 4 years ago from a guy they called "KK" who road with them I guess! He was a cool guy and could ride better than anyone I knew at the time. I got the video before it ever hit the market. As a matter of fact I do not know if it ever was released nationally???
I thought they were the craziest *****'s around! HAHAHA!!! The video now is childs play compared to the new stuff but back than it was super impressive!
JAGMAN

1983 or so I'm sittin' in front of my house and this kid Scotty from down the block throws it up on the corner and scrapes the **** out of the back fender for 2 sewers ( that's Brooklynese for about 100ft for all you country boys ) broken tail light and all on an '80 or '81 KZ 1000. Talk about gangsta, that was all it took for me. By the way I met Doug Domoko at a show way back in the day, no doubt one of the most skilled riders of all time.

Yo icehot113 good lookin' out but I don't roll that way and I'm sure goose doesn't either....haha now as far as sloooww 12's, when Big Dave was still stateside and started getting his scrape on he was out on L.I. with everyone and was stalling his **** in first with no bar. We were walking next to him taking while he was just idling along on the tail.

First person I saw doing 12's was Ronnie from Reality racing, it was at the Nathans in Oceanside.
He was doing some nasty tricks that night.
When I first saw that, I was like holy ****, he just scraped the tail on that thing. Then he parked a 12 and walked away, and I was like OH **** .

I think the whole 12:00 thing (as we know it) started in NY. Back in the day- Winky, Jeremy (riff ryders), Jon Jon, Jeremy (east coast extremes), and Steve Palumbo (NY Finest) were doing slow wheelies before the term 12:00 was even started. I even think Wink 1100 is the one who first said 12:00, There were other people doing the wheelie years ago, but back in 2000 the NY scene blew up when the rest of the country saw this slow and controlled wheelie on the street.
