Freestyle? I'm liking the new label
About a year ago I posted a poll about this. I thought "Freestyle Rider" sounded better than "Stunt Rider". I am pretty excited about the change I'm noticing. I see a ton of existing groups as well as new comers using this term. I think it's better for us.... especially when you're trying to explain what we do to people who have no clue. You don't know how many people asked me, "What is it you do?" I reply with, "I'm a stunt rider" They usually reply with, "So you jump bikes like Evil Kenevil? Do you do stunts in movies too?"
I think the word "Freestyle" explains this sport a whole hell of a lot better than "Stunt"
