Re: Stolen bike
I had an alarm on my bike for awhile was a pain in the azz!!! but it never left....
...I leave mine in front of my house without the steering locked all the time!! I just point a gun at the window with a light showing the barrel, it hasn't budged one inch, and it hasn't been jacked when I'm on it either, but I credit that to my new ghetto security system<---see avaitor for details

Re: Stolen bike
man, my whole take on the deal is, it's kinda like gambling, if you can't afford to lose it, you'd better have insurance on it....now that i say that someone will steal my ****..lol...i don't have comp on my stuntbike, but everything else does...if they want it, they'll get it one way or another.....

When I started researching bikes... Even though I am getting a used one sometime in the future (within a year or two) I am certiantly getting CycleTrak GPS.

The GPS vehicle tracking and theft bike alarm allows you to interact with your motorcycle alarm GPS tracking system through the Internet. Introducing CYCLETRAKTM, Our nationwide GPS vehicle tracking and motorcycle alarm is an "At-the-scene-of-the-crime" recovery system. Once the system is triggered by tampering or theft, the motorcycle's owner is contacted within seconds via Cell Phone or internet. Once alerted the owner can track the stolen motorcycle from the Internet in real-time, getting the exact location and direction of travel. Once the motorcycle has been tracked, the CYCLETRAKTM system helps the owner and police get the stolen motorcycle back quickly and make the arrest of the bad guy!

Keep em in you living room or keep em crunchy otherwise some loser is probably figuring out how to take your bike right now.
