Having trouble finding stunting spots. Anyone know what the police can do to ya in a parking lot. And will it hold up in court.

I would say talk to the owner of the parking lot and as long as they say they don't mind cops can't say anything since it would be private property.

Try to get written permission too, that will help.

same $hit..we had an access road at an airport with written permission from the owner and the local cops still fugged with us all the time..this went on for as couple years until the cops called the f.a.a. and we of course ended up getting the boot...my best advice is don't blow up the spot..

you should'nt be able to get any tickets considering you are not on public roads and as long as you have permission from the owner you should be ok..
you SHOULD be ok...different states have different laws..check the laws in your state...read the fine print...

cops can still give careless/reckless driving tickets on private property.

it all depends on how biga **** the cop wants to be.
when they show up, be curtious and calmly let them know you have permission from the owner.

good luck.

not at all. if you get permission from the owner. you can do whatever the hell you want on his/her property. just the town/city noise ordinance is what kicks in that you can't go beyond. Like 11:00 here at night you have to be quiet or some sh*t.

Re: best places to stunt.

get permission on a lot, that only goes so far, if someone makes a noise complaint they can still shut you down. we find 2 or 3 different county or industrial roads and switch it up. we dont get messed with too much that way....

Re: best places to stunt.

not sure how it is there, but if you have permission and there is still access to a public road that is not blocked off then you can still get whatever ticket the cop wants to give you, and it will hold up in court unless you have a lawyer..... try to check and see if you can use caution tape from Home Depot or Lowes and connect it acrossed the entrances with some stakes or orange rubber cones. if its not accessable to the public without driving through a barrier then you are less likely to get messed with.....plus you are only out 10-15 bucks for tape and cones/stakes if it works!!

This is just my opinion, but that has to be the most intelligent answer on this subject I have ever heard. I've got about 5 different spots. My favorite is in a business park that never really came to. They appropriated the land and built the roads, but no businesses have ever built there....Thank you Jesus. The locals as well as the State troopers have caught me out there and have never tripped. All they have ever said to me is that they would rather see me on those roads back there then on the freeway. Sometimes when there back there ****** off they'll even come to the road I'm on to watch, and Noooooooooooooo I don't trust them for one second..........Late.........Free C.

Last year I got into paying off security ahead of time. That works until a million heads show up.

Re: best places to stunt.

the coolest people seem to own warehouses and **** like that.. find a place where they park semi trailers since theyre usually wide (so trucks can turn around) and long lots, the owners dont give a fu(k if you let them know ahead of time and agree to do **** like clean up their trash or whatever. im gonna tell this place down the street ill mow their grass before i ride cus it should only take me 15 min and that means they save money. everyone wins!
