Re: Stoppie bike....

man, i have to say im one of the biggest honda fans there is, hate to say it, but i would probably take the gix 750 over the F4i. Still my 954 is by far my favorite bike

Re: Stoppie bike....

If Matt L says the Gixxer then if I were worried about it I'd listen and go with what he said. I personally believe the bike you had in the 954 is pretty damned good, I don't understand what you meant by saying it was "twitchy",
but I ride a 929. Wait a minute Matt L said go with the Gixxer and he's got one, but he rolls some major distance on that 954 that he has, maybe it isn't the bike as much as it is the rider...........Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......maybe..

If I remember right, didnt that Buell have like a 50lb+ ballast up in the lower front of the bike, behind the front wheel, to give him a little help.

Re: Stoppie bike....

I hear the gixxers are pretty good for stoppies, but i'd go with a 1000 instead of a 750

That was a record.....it shouldnt count when you weight the front end of the bike and strip everything but the subframe from the back...
