Old Man

So what do you guys think? I am 30 years old and want to start stunting. I've been riding for a while and am pretty good on the street (racing) but my wheelies are straight garbage. So anyway, 2 questions, what would be a good first stuntbike (i run a gixxer 1000 right now, but don't want to wreck it) OR should i just say to hell with it, I'm too damn old?

Re: Old Man

Im 31 i can hold my own when im riding. i dont feel the pain till i go home and sit down for a while....lol.Its never too late I started 2 years ago and still cant catch up....might as well join the crowd. As for the other get a cheap wrecked 600 of some kind and fix it and rock it ....preferably somthing fuel injected.

"you will crash and you will get hurt...but most of all, life will be great". I started at 32, and learned some shiat that makes many heads spin...and I'm just gettin warmed up. Keith B is like 40. You've got to see his routine, it puts quite a few veterans in it's place

you know i got to say...alot of other sports say this, but its only true of the stunt scene....age, color, beleifs.....for some reason, stunters are the only group of people i have EVER seen that look past it all....your never too old, and ill prob. be teaching my grand kids how to ride....

Re: Old Man

In the Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding Encyclopedia, he answers the question "Am I too old to start exercising?" with "You're too old NOT to!"

I think it applies.

anybike can be stunted..all the hondas are good,as well as the 636..but whatever you get put a crash cage on it...NO stunters should be with out a cage on their bike.

Re: Old Man

dude....don't say 30 is too old, i'm almost there, your scaring me.........i have an '01 f4i and i love it.. picked it up salvaged with only cosmetic damage....i think it is an awsome bike....i leared to rock slow, slow wheelies quick, and started 12in and ridin the bar my 6th time out on it, and i only ride for about an hour to two each time out.......the bike is perfect

Just out of curiosity, what's your worst injury so far?
