we both denied that he was doing anything but riding (she didn't see me b/c I was behind). Basically it is her own fault, but he's already been to court b/c of other traffic violations and I guess he will go again and when the jude takes his previous actions in consideration he won't have mercy...He talked to his lawyer and she said that he is indirectly guilty for this accident and that he is guilty for endangering other people in traffic IF he is proven guilty. When I look at the facts it is just her word against ours, and we did say she cought some ice and they (popo's) shure seen the ice on the side of the road. There were few cars like 60-70 m ahead, but I seriously doublt that anyone saw what happened in their mirrors. Either way even if he goes free of charge, he's worst sentence is that his bike will be sold.

 

Yah he can easily get off, your basic responsibility driving is to PAY ATTENTION. If he was in HIS lane, and she ran off the road thats her own fault. If he can get out of it with the cops, I'm sure he may have a chance to talk his parents into letting him ride. He is just gonna have to keep his stunting to ya spots and ridin on the street, if he wants to ride...

man i ran this ***** straight the **** over wen i was 18 - i mean she flipped out and ran right in front of me i was going like 60 i didnt even touch the brakes. it was her fault clearly, broke her back ribs colapsed lungs, and she dont remember anything, she sued me and she won. im still paying 150 a month to her lawyer.

it's acctually great (unlike all other things). You get care for anything you do...surgeries, hospitalisations, everythings "free". Well if you pay taxes on health insurance, but this is realy not much here.

2 DCMETRO1 - yeah, things are much different here, and yeah in entire country there's like 5-10 mcdonald's. In Zagreb there's few, and in Osijek there's 2 that I know of and I guess there's one or two in Split.

2 OLIVER - It's realy hard to find some job around here. But you can always take a showel and dig for a shitty money like 200-300$/month.
