In ur thread I don't think the PD knows that we do controlled wheelies. We are'nt the typical 100mph power wheelie crew. I'm sure most only see the guys on the e-way and we get tossed into that category.

Can't say I hate them all though...I have a spot that the PD knows of and they are cool with it.

You have to understand, it's nothing personal for most cops. It's their job. Dangerous or not... it is against the law. If they want to be strict, by the book, and fair (yes I said fair) they are OBLIGATED to do thier job. And thier job, is to stop you from breaking the law. While it may be completely harmless to them, property, others, and maybe even you... still illegal people. Hate all you like. you know I'm right. Now take nascar (good example indeed) Nascar is done with a set of rules and regulations. safety equipment, and safety personel.Stunting... we have equipment for safety, we have rules and regulations (sort of, like comps and stuff). But then look at the difference between the locations. a parking lot is not MADE for stunting... it's made for parking. a racetrack, is made for racing. Thats why racing is allowed there. Should you find someone to build a "Stunting Lot" then the police cannot do anything about it. You are using the lot for something it was not intended for. I'm not saying all cops will be like this. To be fair and good cops they should not waiver in any way. They should not let speeders go, they should not let dealers go, they should not let traffic violaters off. Even if it isn't in traffic. Hate the cops, fine... no biggie. You won't be the only one. Is it pretty assenine to do some of the things they do... yup. Could they let you alone since technically you aren't hurting anything or anyone. Yep... but then they wouldn't be doing their job. So the next time you go to put that roof on a house... think to yourself "I'm doing my job... I may not like it all that much, and someone may think it's retarded and expensive and that I could have just left it alone... but its my job, so I'm gonna do it" Because that is exactly what the cop is probably thinking. Now some may get off on stickin it to you. But those are the ones who didn't go to prom and sit at home playing everquest.

I'm not taking sides. I've had some very cool cop experiences in my time, and some very not cool ones. I'm just tossing this in for arguements sake... .02
