but all these fines apply to...ill name just a few that where listed in here
1.thinking ur 2 gangta
2. to many zip ties
3. not killin it
4. excessive idle abuse over 2500rpms
5. UNDER inflated tire
PS...ur 4 whole circles are dumpsta also...i seen the clip...there all over the place
