I'm not talking about Highway power wheelies, or tandem stunts, I'm talking about really "stunting".

I was out practicing the other day with a 15 year old kid that had been stunting a streetbike for 3 weeks, and was already scraping and riding no- throttle-handers. He wasn't very big, so strength wasn't an issue. It may help, but it can't prevent somebody from stunting. So does anybody know why there is only a very small amount of chicks doing this stuff?

Size doesn't really matter IMO either, I am 6'0 146 lbs and I can do **** just fine, I work out though, but if you know how to use the bike's power then you don't have to be strong.

 

Same reason alot of them just don't ride......can't decide which colour scheme is prettiest.

 

Sorry, I bought a new bike, I don't want to F it up. However if anyone ever feels inclinded to donate a bike to the "Get a Chick to Stunt" program, I think I would be a good candidate for the charity!

 

I think alot of it is just mental, I'm sure there's plenty out there that could... Just gotta get past being skeered! I bet somebody that's 5'0 100lbs could rock a 600 in the parking lot without a problem if she put the time, effort and $ into it.

I'm just starting out riding myself these past few months. my boyfriend and his bro. stunt every weekend and more if they can. i love to watch and help out with pics. and vids. as much as i can. i go every chance i get. i would love to try to stunt eventually, i just have to get used to riding on 2 wheels before i start trying sit downs or high chairs. HA i have to get a bigger bike than the ninja 250 (moped) as i like to call it.
ive ridden my bf's f4i and i actually feel more comfortable on it than i though i would. besides touching the ground with your feet is over rated right.?.
i have tried a little on the fiddie and quad and busted my butt but i did scrape the first time i tried. i had still had fun though!!!! so i have a feeling i will be getting more brave/stupid as i ride more.
i do think size does matter a little though im only 5'2 120 lbs and i have a feeling that it helps to be taller and stronger when it comes down to it.
o.k. now that i just wrote my life story i'm done...

Laura and Gina were the best female riders in the game and probably always will be. I think if it weren't for Gina's health insurance problems she would be a walking bilboard for some of the top sponsors. Gina picked up on stunts faster than most guys and Laura wasn't too far behind her. Gina would crash hard and be back out there pushing the limits the next day.

I think that is what really seperates the girls from the guys. The guys naturally have a tougher body and can take more abuse. Any girl can stunt, but would they do it again if they got hospitalized or suffered any major injuries...most would pack it up.

Although todays tricks have slowed down they have become more technical. You have about a 60%-85% chance of wrecking performing todays stunts then compared to the old school high speed tricks. Sure the injury level has decreased, but most girls aren't willing to go against those odds of hitting the pavement.

 

besides Joe Joe and Laura, Gina is the only female that i have actually seen killing **** and i think she just stopped riding. She rode in the Redline District of Florida and was snapping 1 handed highchairs 2 years ago.

 

ive never really seen a girl doing slower ****..but roadrashchic has caught my attention..i think shes up to it if she puts time and effort into it.
