I think it's possible if there was a handbrake on the throttle side, I don't know if anyone is doing it, I've been wondering that, the same with seatstander coasters.

Just look for bikes with the FullThrottle setup AND two calipers. Anybody that has that is getting serious!

It can be done, I have done baby spreader and H/C coasters, they are tricky though. With a handbrake and fingers that stretch far you could do coasters from a h/c, and whatever. It would just take some cordination in your hand.

I practice seat stander coasters by turning off the engine, then feathering the clutch. It works, but not as well as a brake would.
